JINGDA stone coated metal roof tiles are made of brands aluminum-zinc plated steel sheet (with fingerprint resistant coating) as substrates, top reliable strong weatherability acrylic resin as adhesive bonding with facial un-fading natual stone granules.

Metal Tile Components:
1. Aluminum-zinc steel sheet (PPGL) is plated with 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc and 1.6%silicon as protection coating, which with much better performance than normal Zinc galvanized steel sheet (PPGI) on anti-corrosion, anti-oxidant, heat reflective, heat resistance, economy etc. as well above the aluminum-zinc plateing layer is fingerprint coating, it makes better appearance and increase lifespan of the tiles.
2. Colored stone granules is the surface decoration layer of metal tiles as well as the protection layer. It is made of basalt particles which treated by high-temperature sintered ceramic process. The stone chips has more than 16 basic colors for optional and customized is available as well. It creates an excellent aesthetic appearance on your roofs and with great protection on your buildings as well. (Withstand ultraviolet radiation, reduce noise caused by rain water)
3. Acrylic resin is the key bonding material between the steel sheet and color stone chips, and also serves as a protective layer on the surface to prevent rainwater from leaking into junction gaps, and extend the life span of color gravels.Raw Materials:

2. Where is your factory located and how can I visit your factory?
Jingda factory is located in Zhuji, Zhejiang which is adjacent to Hangzhou and Yiwu city.
We can pick you up in Hangzhou or Yiwu from hotel or airport within 1 hour.
